This course introduces a new cipher wheel to you. The figure and its mechanism are as follows:

Rules:
(1) Movement starts from the zenith. (Gold color letter at the top of the wheel.)
(2) Move clockwise. You should move a specific count of cells every time. (skip number)
(3) When you attain a colored letter, WARP to another letter in the same color.
(4) It finishes when you attain the zenith again. The zenith is read at start, but is not read at last.

In this first stage, the skip number is 5 for the outside wheel, and 3 for the inside wheel.
Follow the rules and take the first answer. Then you will dive into more cryptic puzzles.
