Messing with brightness and contrast on this image reveals hidden text under the redacted areas:
- The DOCID is "321 123 ada"
- In the top right, there is an upside version of "2 2 2 2 2 2"
- At the bottom, after "TOP SECRET%%//%%COMINT%%/%%" there is "=MVVgckTP1UQgUkUBBSWFhEV". This is reversed base64 for "THEY ARE AMONG US".
