As shown here Cognidyne Corporation seems to have been created shortly before November 2 by a Mr. Richard Garvey for the purpose of manufacturing electronics. It is located at 23852 Pacific Coast Hwy, Malibu, California, although Google Maps shows that to be the address of the Center for Media Literacy. May be connected to Cognet Industries in Malibu of which a Richard Garvey is also president, as shown here. Cognidyne may manufacture navigation electronics. citation
